The combination of the batch units STEPHAN Vacutherm and STEPHAN Cooking Mixer and buffer tanks including surrounding equipment - like metering systems  - gives the required flexibility.

STEPHAN has also developed a new generation of continuous processing plants for processed cheese products – the STEPHAN UHT System. This application is based on the wide experience in the processed cheese production. It meets the demand for high quality of final products with economic investments.

STEPHAN supplies solutions for products, like meat/skin emulsions, liver paté, pet food, etc. By means of the STEPHAN Microcut® homogenous fine cutting and emulsifying of meat can be achieved as well as forming emulsions and dispersing solids in liquids with a wide range of machine layouts.

The STEPHAN Combicut TC combines several process steps in one machine. These are cutting, mixing, dispersing, heating, cooling, deaerating and emulsifying. The horizontally placed mixing drum is the basis of the machine.
